Celebrating Our 25th Anniversary at Golden Terraces Seniors Housing Co operative Ltd

Golden Terraces Seniors Housing Co operative Ltd proudly celebrated its 25th Anniversary as a trusted provider of affordable senior housing in downtown Moncton. Located at 43 High Street, our non profit housing complex has served the community for more than two decades by offering safe, secure, and community focused living for adults aged 55 and over.

Since opening its doors in January 1993, Golden Terraces has remained committed to its mission of creating safe, affordable housing for seniors who wish to be part of an engaged co operative community. As the only seniors co operative in New Brunswick, Golden Terraces offers a unique housing model where members participate in decision making and contribute to a supportive living environment. This structure promotes independence while encouraging connection, responsibility, and pride of place.

Our 25th Anniversary marked an important milestone in the history of affordable seniors housing in Moncton. The celebration brought together residents, board members, supporters, and community partners who have helped sustain and strengthen our co operative over the years. Anniversaries provide an opportunity to reflect on the growth of our community, recognize the dedication of volunteers and staff, and look ahead to the future of senior living in New Brunswick.

Golden Terraces continues to provide quality housing with amenities that support comfort and security. More importantly, we provide a welcoming environment where seniors can build friendships and remain active within a vibrant community setting.
