Golden Terraces was formed in May 1991 and officially opened in January 1993.
We have 39 units on four floors. It is a secure building, offers free parking, laundry on each floor, elevator, air conditioning, air exchanger, storage in the basement, basic cable and a lounge area on each level. It is close to all amenities, has social functions, snow removal, and landscaping.
Golden Terraces boasts an on staff Maintenance Technician (three days a week) and once a week janitorial services for the Common areas.
To live at Golden Terraces you must be at least 55 years of age. This is not a smoking building as well as not pet friendly.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to create safe affordable housing for seniors that want to be part of an engaged co-operative community.
We are the only Seniors Co-op in the province and we are located at 43 High St in Moncton.
