Golden Terraces Seniors Housing Co operative Ltd proudly celebrates St. Patrick’s Day Celebration each year with enthusiasm, laughter, and a strong sense of community. Located at 43 High Street in Moncton, New Brunswick, our seniors housing co operative enjoys bringing residents together for festive occasions that brighten the winter season and strengthen friendships within our 55 plus community.

The St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at Golden Terraces is always filled with green attire, cheerful decorations, and plenty of shamrocks throughout the building. Residents enjoy dressing up in festive clothing, wearing green sweaters, scarves, hats, and fun accessories that capture the spirit of the holiday. The common areas are decorated to create a welcoming and lively atmosphere, making the celebration feel special for everyone involved.

One of the highlights of the day is gathering together in our shared lounge areas to enjoy cake and refreshments. These social events provide an opportunity for residents to connect, share stories, and enjoy each other’s company in a relaxed and supportive environment. Celebrations like St Patrick’s Day reflect our mission of creating safe, affordable housing for seniors who value community engagement and social interaction.

Celebrating Our 25th Anniversary at Golden Terraces Seniors Housing Co operative Ltd

Golden Terraces Seniors Housing Co operative Ltd proudly celebrated its 25th Anniversary as a trusted provider of affordable senior housing in downtown Moncton. Located at 43 High Street, our non profit housing complex has served the community for more than two decades by offering safe, secure, and community focused living for adults aged 55 and over.

Since opening its doors in January 1993, Golden Terraces has remained committed to its mission of creating safe, affordable housing for seniors who wish to be part of an engaged co operative community. As the only seniors co operative in New Brunswick, Golden Terraces offers a unique housing model where members participate in decision making and contribute to a supportive living environment. This structure promotes independence while encouraging connection, responsibility, and pride of place.

Our 25th Anniversary marked an important milestone in the history of affordable seniors housing in Moncton. The celebration brought together residents, board members, supporters, and community partners who have helped sustain and strengthen our co operative over the years. Anniversaries provide an opportunity to reflect on the growth of our community, recognize the dedication of volunteers and staff, and look ahead to the future of senior living in New Brunswick.
